Obtain a referral
Prior to booking your first appointment, please visit your regular GP to obtain a referral to our practice.
Book an appointment
Once we receive your referral from yourself or your GP, our friendly team will contact you to arrange an appointment time.
Bring your information
Please bring your Medicare card, private health card, list of medications and any relevant medical reports, tests or imaging (Ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI scans) to your first appointment.
What to expect
- Initial consult: a longer appointment for new patients, covering health history and treatment plan
- Follow-up consult: shorter appointments for effective condition management & ongoing treatment
- Patient-centric and family-focused care personalised to your individual needs and goals
